Icon2 LSV Wiring

I have a LSV setup that I'm keeping OBD2 for my OBD2 hatch and I'm also using a DX Engine harness since I can't find an EX one at the moment. Does anyone have wiring diagrams or pictures for the knock sensor, IAB, EVAP, and vTEC wiring? I'm not too worried on the vtec but the first 3 would help out a lot. Thanks!!

I want to keep it OBD2B with the GSR but I've been reading everywhere and it's hard to find a decent tutorial to pin or depin and/or run wires to have certain plugs going. I just wanna do whatever I have to, to keep this engine OBD2.

actually is there any way I can use the Integra's engine harness with my Civic? Like I know the Teg's driver side plug is 2 plug and the Civic's 1 plug.. so is there any way to make it work?... It'd really help out if there was a way lol
