I just swapped out my icu on my 1993 civic cx with one from a 94 or 95 civic lx. I swapped it so I could have intermittent wipers. The wipers work like they should and so does everything else as far as I know but my turn signals do not work. They dont even come on inside the car on the cluster panel.

Is the icu not compatible with my car or could it be another probelm?
