I need a door shell for my ex ej1. Wondering if non-power doors have the same facilities or bolt holes to accept the power equipment, or must I get an ex door? I know many cars are made one way between models to save money.

 

the door shells are the same. hatch and coupes have the same doors also.

 

They are the same...minus the power equipment and WIRING. Don't forget the door jam plugs as well.

 

just swap everything from one door to the other

 

Okay, thought so. My car is actually a DX, on which I installed EX doors like 6 years ago. I wasn't sure because I swapped the entire door and not the guts. Wishing I kept the old ones now, since some lady decided to drive into me. I'll be at the junkyard later, looking for the cleanest/paint matched doors and didn't want to be held back by trim level.
