Default 1988 Civic

I was in a hurry, went to boost my civic and crossed the wires, and now it won't start. I checked the fuses I could see(under the hood) and nothing looks blown, replaced the battery and still no luck she won't even turn over. Any thoughts before I call the autowreckers to come and pick it up?

Where would I find the relays Black R ??? Would I have an ECU in my car. I read somewhere that an ecu would be in cars with more high performance parts, is this true?? If so I really don't think their is any high performance parts in my old girl.
