My ITR has become a garage queen, and I don't have the time to drive it much. So when I got it in the other day, I saw something that has been bugging me a bit. On the floorboard, there is a small bump
Sorry its hard to see, but its in that general vicinity, maybe the upper 1/4 of the passenger side floor board (driver's side does it too). Its a small bump, and when I lifted the carpet there was some type of grommet there. The area of about 4 inches circular is raised it seems.
From the bottom, the rail supports look fine

and the area under the bump

looks fine.
I don't see any seams where the metal meets, and the car drives fine. But I don't remember those bumps. I typically jack from the front, or the pinch points, or the rear tow hook. I had the timing belt replaced, and I don't know where they lift it from (speaking of, where is the lift point?)
Even if the floorboard was pushed in a bit, it seems ok..
Do you guys have this slight bump in the floorboards?

lift points should be at the pinch points. or at the front lower sub frame where the lca meets.
i think they might have fucked up and just swung the lift arms under the car, and put them, at what they thought, where the frame rails.... smh.
on saying that, where did you take it too?

Dealer. They gave me the tech who also has an Integra.
It seems like they're just dented up, anything I should look for? I don't see any tears or anything.. I guess what I'm asking is should I worry about it? Timing belt was done over a year ago, I don't think I have any recourse with dealer.

Yup, your best bet is to get a piece of wood (2x4) and place it where it's bulging up and get a metal sledge hammer and hit it down until it's flush. No big deal really...
