Having this same problem on my 97 Civic HX. New alternator and battery and still draining. Also had to replace my battery fuse cause I blew it connecting the battery backward. Used a voltmeter and read 12.5 v when touching the negative post and the black wire. Will try pulling each fuse to find out what the problem is. When I find the problem fuse do I just repalce it? I thought a bad fuse would interupt the flow.

 

LOOSE GROUND in the engine bay.
