I know you guys are very very far away from me... but its a for sure a joy to share my find with you.

Well am from Mauritius, Accords here in the year of 91-97 are very rare finds. As not many were imported to the island. A few came back with owners but the local agency dint really get alot of sales.

What i have found is remarkable from our standards. Its a UKDM Honda accord CC7. It is from what my research a 2.0lt SI version as it has all the options with leather interiors inside and abs/srs sunroof etc... I found her dying in a sugar cane field on the south side of the island!!

The plan is simple, first restore the looks, get a H22A7 EDM type R under the hood. and then G23 boosted in the near year if thinks work out all right.

I have found the car with a blown F20Z1 engine with sports automatic gearbox. Dont really know if its the water pump or the head gasket. Also the car did not have a clean title... just finished the formalities today, and now she is mine officially.

We have taken out the F20 and amazingly almost none of the mounts match the H22... and i have always believed that they were the same.

Will bring you pics tomorrow, as we will try to adapt a EG H22 Hasport kit onto the accord....

Any words of advice or information about suspension is welcome as i cant find any CC accord parts... though i understand CB is the same... is that true?
