Default Firing order

Is the firing order the same for the Type R as it is for the GSR? I tried looking it up but got conflicting answers... thanks!

The Type R fires all cylinders at once, thus giving it the extra 25hp vs the GSR.

In all seriousness though, why would you think that two engines in the same "family" would differ as to their firing order?
