Well I searched on ebay and can't seem to find any. I took my core support off already because the previous owner crunched it a little, so if anyone can point me in the direction for a new core support that would help a lot.

You can use any one from a Civic or CRX. I have a Civic one on my CRX right now. Fit's perfectly and is the exact same. The only difference is there will be a little paint missing around one of the screw holes at the front of the Civic one (because of how they were painted from the factory). Also the sticker that comes on Civic ones will probably say "made in canada" where your CRX one probably says "made in japan". You can still get replacment stickers though. I just bought a couple last month (~$2 each).

What year civic? 88-91 right? Will there be any aligning issues if I use the Civic support?

 

Yes of course 88-91. No alignment issues, they are the exact same part number. Only difference is a tiny spot of bare paint. Here's a Civic one and you can see a bare spot of paint (top center-ish) around the screw hole facing forward where a bumper trim piece would mount on some civics:
