Ok, so I recently replaced the head gasket on my 96 Civic DX hatch. While I had it apart I did the timing belt, water pump, had the head decked and checked out by a machine shop, ARP head studs, a thermal intake manifold gasket, just trying to be thorough.

So I get it all back together and it won't start. I ran through the algorithm on this site http://techauto.awardspace.com/ignition.html and eventually just replaced the dizzy with a reman'd unit. Still nothing. Fuel pump primes, ECU checks out, main relay is good. I am at a loss. Any suggestions?
