f&f slamming problem on integra
I just installed my f&f'1s on my 98 integra and my bottom perch in my rear's are a quarter inch away from my preload perches and I'm barely tucking... What do I need to do to ger lower in the back? Am i missing something?
If you want the car lower, then lower the shock body into the lower mount. If you bottom that out and still want lower, then lower the spring perch. Want lower still, then use shorter springs. If that isn't acceptable, then you bought the wrong suspension.
Barely tucking is slammed, you aren't going to have adequate suspension travel, and the cornering will suffer, but that's part of the price of appearance.

That is pretty low, you got the wrong suspension if you want to be slammed, you should have went with a koni/gc setup. Speedbumps will not be your friend
my buddy has shorter shocks, can't remember the name. coilover sleeves with the front have ONLY the springs. The rear strut we cut about half of the part that the spring sits on with the coil sleeve and 1 of the rings on.
His K frames is about 1 inch above the ground. That is LOWWW and he DD's it..

Yes, you are missing an intelligent approach to the perceived "issue".
