Car's been sitting for about 3 months at a relatives garage. They tried moving it 2 months ago but car wouldn't respond so they just left it. They told me the car alarm went off when they tried jumper cables.

So I came back today to start it up but as I expected there's no power. Tried jumper cables but even with that car won't start. What's weird is as soon as I connect the cables, the unit that looks like brake pump or something (located left of engine, with steel tubing going into it ) starts whining. None of the lights come on and the engine doesn't even crank. Absolutely nothing.

Also brake pedal seems stuck, it's stiff.

I'm guessing either the brakes are somehow messed up or the anti theft killed the car and the battery died or something.. I dunno. Please help

Tried calling local honda dealerships for advice before I tow it but they're too busy to answer.
