first off i would like to state that i am not a ricer. i have a 92 4 door civic with a b18c w/boltons. i also have an apr wing that sits off the trunk about 6 inches. there is an import day at the local strip and i was wondering if that acyually slows my car down any due to the drag. or at least would it slow it down a noticable amount

Sure does. There was a post in FI not too long ago about how much drag the most sleek honda (CRX HF) makes at ~100-120mph. About a 100 to 150hp is needed to overcome the drag made at that speed, if I remember correctly. So with a Wing making even MORE drag, it will definately hurt down at the end of the track.
I'd take it off for the run.
