what do you all use?
and what do you use to gap them?
I put some NGK's in my girls accord and they had tiny electrode and for some reason it was a pain to gap accurately.

 

not exactly sure why, but many people swear by ngk's in hondas and nothing else

 

as long as you get the plugs the manual calls for, than it really doesn't matter what kind you use on a stock motor.

 

the NGK that come when i put in my gx model are like $13 a piece

NGK Platinum all the way. NGK Iridium plugs would be nice, but $10-11 a plug? GTFO...

 

Regular old NGK plugs. just make you get the correct heat range, and gap them correctly.

You gotta gap the higher end plugs (non copper) with a wire gapper. The coin type gapper will bend up the little electrode.

That being said, most NGK plugs come pregapped to .044 in. My motor calls for .043 in. Close enough to just check the gap and throw in there.

 

I run NGK plat plugs. They seem to be better than other brands I have used.
