So my tansmison started to leak quite bad. it is worst when the car has been running. I took some pics of where the leak is out prior to me going inside of it. I wanted to hear some of the inputs. My father thinks it is the front seal. Any in depth information or help with this would be great. Would rather not pay to have it rebuilt

( Main thing i am looking for here is tips from where to go from this point and the most likly causes of this leak from where it is at.)
