Default BEWARE OF allturboz32 SCAMMER!!!!

Making a long story short, bought the Liberty's tranny that he had for sale in July's F/S section. After delaying shipment and recieving a fake tracking number he stated that UPS left him a voice mail saying the transmission was leaking oil so they "repacked" it. We recieved the transmission and it is a stock D series cable transmission. After notifying him of the issue his response was that "UPS must have screwed us". He states that he has the original receipt where the the shipping weight shows over 100lbs when our package weighed only 73lbs. He has also failed to provide proof of that receipt. I will update as I get some info. Beware of this scammer!!

Thanks guys. According to the info we have he's from Mississippi. After the deal was done he contacted us saying that he got a quote on the shipping and it was more than he expected. He said he was going to look for a cheaper alternative. He responded saying that he was going on vacation to New York and he was going to ship it from some shop he new in New York (transmission came from New Jersey) that gave him a cheap quote. He said that when he was shipping it the worker was some young kid that became really interested when he told him what it was. Got a fake tracking # and an email with a picture of a blurry slip. After that came the story about the voicemail from UPS and them having to repackage it with a new tracking number.

You are the damn scammer. I had a bad feeling about u from the beginning. First off I had a deal locked in with someone else and u knew that and interfered saying it was u from a dif number which I later found was I lie. Next I posted that buyer was responsible for full shipping which u agreed upon. When I gave u the quotes u didn't wanna pay and asked for a cheaper option. It could have veen shipped next day if u paid shipping. A whole week goes by and it was time for vacation. Instead of blowing I offered to bring it and ship as long as u pay. You came up with the idea of using a shop to sghip which I did and actually cut shipping in half which u payed. My receipt from ups sent via the shop shows 123 lbs which I sent to u in a email that night. Pics of the receipt with all tracking info and addresses. I get a call from ups which told me the box was leaking and needed to be repackaged which they did and send it out with a new tracking number because they missed the first shipmnt. U can even call ups yourself to confirm that the number is on the receipt. Then u say u received something else. Yea ok. I then check paypal and my account is negative. So u have the trans and your money back must be nice. I then call paypal to find out the claim was filed 1 day vefore the packaged arrived. Must be nice. Also shows that thhis loser just made the paypal account and is unconfirmed and not verified. Nice first transaction scammer. U have a trans for free. I uploaded all supporting documents to paypal so we will see what happens

if you emailed him and paypal all the documents you said you have it should be no problem to post them here. would clear your name pretty easily.

Don't make yourself look like a victim it's not going to work. The second number you are talking about is mine since I called you on behalf of my friend to ask for details on the transmission. Pay attention to what you are saying...if we agreed to pay for the shipping how did you ship the transmission out if there was no additional money sent to you??? You also acknowledge that the new tracking# showed a different shipping weight so why wouldn't you question that? The new tracking number that you gave us was sent to you from your friend that shipped it..?? Why would they give that information to your "boy" and not you?? Should I keep going???

I will post pics when i get home. Another thing, how in the Hell can you accuse us of filing a dispute with Paypal the day before the shipment arrived? I'm sure Paypal has records that show the time and date of dispute.

The dispute still shows as pending although he keeps texting cussing us out saying that we fu**ed him and Paypal took the money back, negative in the account blah blah blah. We also got a text yesterday saying that he contacted UPS and they are starting an investigation on the guy who repackaged the box without his verification and he hopes to have a solution soon as long as we aren't lying...WTF?
