Is there any way for me to use the OEM fuel filter temporarily with the AEM fuel rail? The banjo fitting will not work I need to use a steel braid from what I can see. Can someone point me in the direction of what parts I would need?

Eventually I want to do this set up, but for now I want to get the motor running before the season is over.

And the banjo fitting doesn't work why?

 

The connection at the fuel rail doesn't have a hole in it to use the banjo style fitting. It's for a threaded connection

 

goto summit and get a -6 to banjo adapter

why you need a fuel rail is beyond me when OEM fuel set up is good to 450hp

you can use the braided line on the oem rail

I pieced together my engine, I didn't have a whole engine. The rail I got for cheap. And thanks for the link, I'll definitely do that.
