I searched all around first and I haven't seen anybody with the same problem as mine that's why am asking for help.

When I start my car it turns on fine and has no idle problem. I drive it for like 10 -15 minutes and when I stop the idle starts to go up and down and sometimes it stops. But if I turn my a/c on the idle is all ways fine when ever I stop.

I've changed and cleaned the IAC Valve and I only cleaned the Fast Idle Valve. Could there be another reason why my car does this only when my a/c is off?

Any help would be appreciated

Where exactly does it idle at after when it's doing the issue and you have turned the a/c on ?

 

The opposite. When I don't have the a/c on it starts to idle up and down when I do a complete stop. When I turn a/c on the idle is fine.
