What size tap for intake mani stud holes
Hey all,
I need to clean up the threads on the stud holes For the intake and exhaust manifold on my pr3 head but i don't know anything about taps and dies. Can someone point me in the right direction please?

IIRC,
8 x 1.25 8 mm diameter with a 1.25mm pitch (1.25 mm crest to crest of the thread peaks)
NAPA should have the individual taps. Bring a stud with you to confirm. Pretty standard thread though. Nothing fancy.
Clean with Brake-Kleen and install with medium (blue) Loctite.
