KY: WTB Clean EG hatch.

Looking for a clean eg hatch, to me that means no rust/bondo in the quarters and good paint. A b series swap would be great but not mandatory. I will travel a reasonable distance, to me 3-5 hours. Budget is $5000, pm me if you can help me out.
