98 sh jumped few teeth is it over?
98 lude sh shuts off like t belt broke .... Inspected upper belt looks new an tight. Engine turns everything. Compression is 100 in 1, 40 in 2, 90 in 3, and 35 in 4. Aligned cams to tdc and white timing marks was off apx. 1/4-1/2 inc. not too bad. T-belt never broke sheared ripped or "overly loose" fuel psi perfect spark perfect. Engine cranks freely and fast rate of speed. No spit sputter or anything. No clicking clacking or sound of major damage. Mileage is 105k wondering since timing is not to far off If I can adjust it back on, and if it fires just needs to be replaced....not the head rebuilt. Just what are the odds...... Just ran the vin on project lude 98 sh tts h22a4, m2u4 combo please give me some advice I am a Chevy mechanic

Those are bad compression numbers 2 and 4 more than likely have at least 1 bent valve each.
Put a new belt on and start it up, more than likely you'll be pulling the head.

First thing to do is reset your cam/crank timing and go from there. The belt is never loose up top since its such a short distance between the cams. I'd swap to a manual tensioner while you are in there and change the belts if they haven't been done recently. Your compression numbers indicate you may have worse problems to deal with... They should still be relatively even across the board even with one or both cams off.
