Vibration after installing new rack,axles

Vibration after installing new rack,axles
I just installed a new rack and both new axles....and when I go around 30-35 mph I feel a little vibration then around 40mph it stops,I did a quick alignment (using string)just to get home and will do a proper alignment when I get back to work..Could this be the problem?
