Default ECU Question

I've done some searching but can't really find an answer.
I have a 1996 Integra LS 5 Speed. The ECU code is 37820-p75-a02 but I can't seem to find one anywhere that matches. I know it's OBDII and for a 5 speed and I need a new one. I'm looking at the last 3 digits. I can't A02 but I did find a A03? Would that work? I know the A54 and stuff are ECU's for automatics and they won't work. Thanks guys.

Thanks, so A02 means American-Manual Transmission-Second Version. So A04 should work right? Since they are both OBDII and for Manual transmissions?
