I have a 1990 Honda Ex electric seat belt won't roll down where do I start to fix it? Passenger side it just stop woking

 

Haha welcome to my world. Mine did that last month. Just be patient, it will one day do as you request. Just open and close the door a few times next week and start the car, that normally does the trick ( eventually).
