95 Coupe idle control fluctuation

How's it. After driving for about 5 minutes or so, my car will idle weird. It'll go up to 1.5 and then back down to 0.5. Whatcha think?

Vacuum leak is the most likely culprit. You should clean your IACV if you haven't already and go from there
