Default 94 h22 swaped cd7 track day car.

Here is my next build. Shes a 94 CD7 Accord and was my DD for three years. For those who saw my 98 Integra build you will notice the same colors on the car. For the people who hasn't seen it, here it is.https://honda-tech.com/forums/appearance-build-threads-122/my-dc2-time-attack-show-build-2884979/
Well here we go.
It has a full paint job in Lexus pearl white and chevy sonic blue. It has a fully refreshed h22 type s engine in it with euro R cams. That's all the time I have for today. I will put more stuff up tomorrow.

I finished the breather tank today. Now just have to get the black fitting and line.

I put the new radiator in and set it up for the black 16an fitting that I have to weld on next. Then made the template for the new heat shield for the header.

I just got my rear disc brake conversion today. Now its time to clean it up and replace all the old nasty paint and bushing. Then I can start doing all the new brake lines.

why do people always go with other cams from other engines it would be better to just buy aftermarket bigger lob cams

In this case they came with the head. but yes you just have to drop them in and go. very easy and no B.S.

Here are the new fitting for the radiator hoses.

Hooked up the new battery this last week and now we have power.

I do love the smell of fresh paint in the morning. Shes come along way since then.

I also did a fully polished AC system and a polished alternator. The Power steering is going to be an electric pump tucked in front of the driver side wheel. With a custom cooler in front of the condenser.

Don't know if I should do full NASCAR cage with racing seats and all blue inside or a regular cage with everything still inside. What do you guys think?

Ok, so got to do a little more work today. I mounted the breather tank and ordered the Black -10an line and fitting today.

Next up I got my valve cover back from powder coating and sealed the motor up for good.
I think the white looks good but i think i might do a full polished one to just to see how it looks. What do you guys think?

Then I got started cutting the ends on the radiator off. To weld on the new 16an fittings.

Going back in time to what I had to start with. My DD a year ago when she died. It wasn't pretty. It took me three days to strip it and clean it for paint.

After I put it all back together and fixed all the hacked up wiring from the last owner. I.E. I'm still fixing stuff. but theirs not much left on it.

I made the template for the canards. Now just need to get the carbon fiber for them.

I got power all hooked up too. Now just need to get the ITBs so I can finish the engine harness.

OK, the welding is done on the radiator fitting and the coolant outlets for the engine. Now Im just waiting on the Line and a couple more fitting to show up for the breather tank and the fuel lines.

The valve cover is on for good now. Like i said before. I dont really know how i feel about all the white. It looks cool I think.LOL It defiantly stands out.

Thanks man. Sounds like a good color setup man. Can't wait to read your build thread man. If your going boosted. Why don't you just run a f23 block and build a g23. There great for boost man.

So today I'm going to start cleaning and preping the rear suspension and subframe for paint. Then I'm going to make all new brake lines.
