Need some help, i'll be straight forward I have a B16A swap in my 98 Civic with a 1994-2001 Integra LS transmission.

My car is shaking in first gear, WHILE releasing the clutch AND giving it gas, it's not cause I'm a noob driver lol

I did some research, replaced clutch slave cylinder, my clutch is good still I can chirp gears and it doesn't slip.

What else could it be? I don't think it's the axles because it ONLY does it in 1st from a stop, but my driver side axle will make noise if I put my hand on it and give it a shake.
