So my 1995 Honda Prelude failed the smog test and I was recommended by one mechanic to buy a new catalytic converter but another mechanic told me that isn't the problem and instead I just needed a stock air intake. Obviously I don't want to waste money if I don't need to but I must pass the smog test. I'm attaching pictures of the tests and of how my air intake looks because I honestly don't think that's the problem. I've had that intake for at least 8 years and it has passed the previous smog tests. I'm not so sure about the air filter though.
