Info:
Clean title in hand and until recently was used only for highway commuting between Baltimore, MD, my home in PA and Boston, MA. PA inspection valid until 5/2013. It's a DX model, meaning: power steering (only on models with automatic trans), crank windows, manual locks, no keyless entry etc. I bought this car to use for highway traveling and I was averaging 36-37mpg.
I started building the car for HPDEs but now that I have a 370Z and CR-Z I lost interest. I used to have a 1995 CX hatch that I did track days with but got rid of it once I went to college. Now that I'm out of college I decided to build another track car (I intended to swap in a manual trans and do a D16Y8 conversion) but I don't have the time any more with work and my other two cars.
Recent maintenance (since April of this year):
New Valeo Ultimate wipers, spark plugs, trans flush, oil/filter change, battery, K&N air filter (stock engine otherwise)
"OEM+" interior modifications:
- EK AT gauge cluster with tachometer with correct mileage (original DX gauge cluster did not have tach), stock cluster included
- EK center console with arm rest (DX console doesn't have arm rest), stock center console included
- EM1 (Si) In-dash CD player (DX came with tape deck only, no cd player), stock tape deck included
Handling/braking modifications:
- Koni Yellow struts with H&R Race Springs
- EX 7/8" master cylinder and 9" brake booster
- Integra front spindles / larger disc brakes and rear trailing arms / disc brake conversion
- EX 22mm front swaybar and control arms (required since endlinks wont bolt to DX lower control arms)
- Energy Suspension master bushing set
- BLOX rear lower control arms
- Eibach / SPC rear upper control arm/camber arm
All of the above is included in the *FIRM* price of $2,999. For $3,999 *FIRM* I'll throw in the stock springs/shocks, rear trailing arms, brake booster / master cylinder, gauge cluster, center console, tape deck, and anything else I can find, in addition to the items below:
- 15x7 et38 Team Dynamics wheels and 205/50-15 Dunlop Direzza DZ101 tires (brand new, >10 miles on them. Put them on to take pictures)
- Progress 22mm Rear Sway Bar kit (new, never installed)
Here is what the car looks like with the Team Dynamics wheels

Here's what's included -- Muteki Neo-Chrome lugs/locks, 15x7 et38 Team Dynamics wheels with 205/50-15 Dunlop Direzza DZ101 tires (have about 10 miles on them, put them on for a short drive to make sure they were balanced properly then put the steelies back on for the sale pictures). Only 3/4 are pictured but all 4 are in outstanding condition and are included in the sale

Lastly, I want to be as forthcoming as possible so there are no surprises when you come look at the car. Car can be driven but you may want to trailer it if it's a long drive home:
- A/C does not work but heat works just fine (mechanic said the condenser was faulty but if you're turning it into a track car you'll remove all of the a/c components anyway)
- Front and rear bumper is cracked and car has scratches/dents (see pictures)
- Front fender liners have been removed (but are included in the sale) and the fenders have been rolled. Rear fenders have not been rolled because the wheels do not rub
- I can't figure out why the rear e-brake lines seem to be short so I have them zip-tied out of the way for now. They're attached at the equalizer in the cabin and are bolted in correctly underneath the chassis and to the rear trailing arm but the cable seems to be about an inch short (all my research said that EM1 SI e-brake lines are the correct e-brake lines to use with Integra rear trailing arms). This isn't a huge issue though, for now, since it's an automatic
Now that I have two other cars and a job I simply don't have the time to put into the car anymore. I'd like to see this go to someone else who will convert this EK hatch into a proper track car. The pictures below were taken without the hub caps when I brought it back from getting an alignment when I did the suspension overhaul. Factory hub caps are included and are pictured below
