Yo.... About to swap my transmission from 98 Sh to 97 Accord for the longer gears.(boosted)..I dont know what axles to buy. My SH ones are shot.. but should I get the accord axles to match the tranny or should I get the base model prelude's? Also, Should I use the Transmission mounting bracket and mount from the Accord or what? Maybe, Prelude Axles and the Accord bracket and mounts? Whats good?

 

I'm not sure, I'd imagine you'd use the axles for the non-SH F22/F23/H23/H22 transmissions...once you find out for sure, let me know, I've got a set for sale if you need them.

 

Rumor has it the F22 axles are too short to fit on the Prelude... I should prolly just exchange the ones I have for base Prelude ones. I just dont want to go through the trouble if someone knows the Accord cv's will work on the lude.

 

Use base prelude axles, they are the right length with the strongest cv joints.
