Default 95 gsr with obd2 ecu?

I have a 95 gsr boosted and i wanna go back to all motor. I have a virgin p72 obd2 ecu laying around and i wanted to know if this ecu will work or how can I make it work??

Don't its way too much work as you'll have to buy and add so many sensors you'll go broke trying. Sell it and buy an OBD1 ECU

What about a jumper harness from like rywire?

No you don't want to run OBD2. You'll have a variety of issues some of which are the following:

-you'll have to add an after cat O2 and wire it to the ECU, which requires welding in a bung
-you're car doesn't have the EVAP emissions controls the ECU will be looking for
-the OBD1 doesn't use a CKF sensor by the crank so you'd have to rig up that wiring

Looking on ebay OBD2 P72 go for $75-130. OBD1 P72 go for about the same, or you could pick up a P28 with a GSR basemap as well.
