15th is way too short of a notice.. has to be atleast be early next month, so the official could get out and the word spreads and people have time to get ready for it. Just my 0.02

Exactly. The usual organizers hadn't stepped up. Now it'll be hard since people are back to school and the weather wont last for ever though it is super nice this week. We could do one in October but needs to be early/mid October so it isn't freezing cold and raining. Lets do this already.
