The type R guys should enjoy this rebuild!

So I have decided to do a complete rebuild of 97 #305. Por15 and replace all new bushings and everything in between. I will post more pics and begin a detailed build thread once I get going. This caR has had a rough life and I plan making heR right!!!

when I got her




- pulling the LS swap





as she sat for a while


then cleaned the garage some and installed some shop lights

 

then I started pulling the front suspension and cleaned out the engine bay and interior

fender wells:











pulled suspension components to get ready for sandblasting



after sandblasting



cleaned and POR15

 

looks great so far!

 

common you cant make it seem as if you did this all in one day LOL

im doing the same thing this winter but im having the whole car blasted cause it needs paint anyway

yea I really wish I could do that but I plan on tracking her. one day in the future she will be fully repainted!

motor plans are a jdm B18C swap. keep it OEM with bolt on's
