F/S---GSR head. Head is complete with NO PROBLEMS.... It comes complete with cams, gears, orig cam caps, valve cover, vtec solenoid, intake manifold ONLY!!!!!!!!!! NO throttle body,fuel rail, injectors, distributor... Head has recently had a 3 angle valve job and resurface. It has never be tapped for LS/b20 vtec.
