im a a/c noob i only know how to vacuum and refill the a/c system. a couple of months ago when it started getting super hot i took out my thermostat and that i know of or remember one of the sensors for the cooling system works with the a/c i think it was the sensor that goes on the front housing that holds the hose for the radiator. now does that sensor manage the compressor operation? or have any affect on a/c performance?
