automatic, in the morning the car will start up fine then when I drive it for a few mins and turn it off and on again the check engine light, battery light and S3 light will turn on and the car will not start only crank. when i click it twice and listen for the two clicks I only here one...when i leave it alone for a good hour it starts back up again...any ideas why?

 

try changing the main relay
