95 Civic Ex Not Starting
Hey, I just got a SMOG test here in California and after the test my car wouldn't start, I gave it about 20 minutes, floored it and cranked the key and it turned over. The next day it cold started just fine but when I parked it, I had to wait another 15-20 minutes and it started right up. Then the next day it just won't start, I replaced my ICM and Ignition Coil as well as cap, rotor, and spark plugs. My spark covers are in the correct order, and my fuses all check out. Still not starting. What's my next step?

I had a problem a few weeks ago. take out the #1 spark plug boot and put somthing metal in there (like a screw driver). turn it over an see if it sparks. If it does look at your fuel system, Mine ended up not having a a copper washer between the banjo nut and the fuel rail
