I'm selling an extra Yakima Q tower roof rack that I have. It's a few years old, but is in pretty good condition. Listed below is what comes with it.

4-Q towers
4-Q clips and pads for a VW. Came from an 2006 VW GTi
4-locks w/ 1 key and 1 universal control key
2-48" bars
1-44" Fairing

The rack is missing one end cap, which are 10 bucks for 4. You would need to buy specific Q clips to fit your vehicle that is unless you have an 06' VW GTi (may fit other VW's, you will need to check).

As I previously stated, the rack is a few years old, so there is some wear on the bars. Some of the black plastic is starting to crack, but does NOT affect function of the rack and only 1 bar is cracked (the last I checked). The photo below show two bars cracked, but I replaced the longer one in the photo with one of mine to match them both at 48". If you price all this stuff new, it's about $475 shipped. If you're worried that 48" isn't enough, below are photos with 48" bars on my Acura TL. It should fit most imports.
