14 vs. 13 inch wheels...

14 vs. 13 inch wheels...
last time I went to the track, I used some 14 inch steelies. When I crossed the line I was just about at the very end of 4th gear. If I went down to some 13 inch wheels, is there a big chance I will have to go into 5th gear?
