Default Seat Upholstery

Is there anyone making seat covers for Gen 4 civics so you can reupholster my seats. My drivers seat needs upholstering before the foam eats away.

Where do you live? I do upholstery. Its not a seat cover though. Its a full fledged seat job. Just 1 seat would be $150+ fabric and glue.

I've put new seat upholstery on a couple cars. They are basicly covers that you pull over the foam cushion and hog rig under the seat. I've done this to my 73 VW and I had a 66 mustang I re-upholstered. I thought with the age of these cars, someone would be making cushion covers to re-upholster your seats.

One person made re-upholstry kits with foam repair, but kinda disappeared. Though some say that he's still around.

Another guy was talking about doing it, but didn't hear if he had any progress.

my work deals with 2 different companies that make leather seat kits.. we install them in newer cars for different area dealerships. i was talking to the rep the other day, and he said he could get a kit made my ef, but it would be a bit spendy and he'd need a full set of covers to make patterns from. he did say that subsequent kits would be cheaper tho as the patterns would already be in the system.

if people are actually interested, i could see if i could get some real numbers from him
