Default 99 ls integra type r swap help

Ok so I am going to be doing a type r swap into my 99 ls integra within a month or two and need some help. The swap of the engines is pretty strait forward my question is which wires will I need to add. I will be using the engine harness that comes with the car but am in sure if there is any additional wiring that needs done and if so does anyone have pics or info on this. And is there any other issues that I may run into? Exhaust parts fitting or anything else.

Thanks

Add VTEC solenoid, VTEC pressure switch and knock sensor wiring from the sensors to the ECU. Most everything else will plug and play wiring wise.
