2008 Honda Accord makes a grinding noise on start up.
After my last oil change the car started making a grinding noise on cold starts. By cold start I mean if I start the car after 4-6 hours. Each day I notice the grinding noise getting louder and louder. I have provided a video of the start up with the grinding noise.
I would take it to a Honda dealership but the nearest one is 80 miles from my house. If it is something serious I do not mind making the trip.

the VTC actuator needs to be changed there is a TSB on it, this is basically the intake cam gear that controls cam timing. normal warranty applies.
