ok just recently i noticed on my car when i have it on park my rpm is a lil over 1000 and when i turn my steering wheel to the left it goes down but if i turn it to the right it slightly goes up while still being on park.... is this normal??????

 

Yes that is the ECU in conjunction with the ELD and the IACV making adjustments.
