EK Passenger Door Doesn't lock.

EK Passenger Door Doesn't lock.

The drivers side door won't open/unlock manually, the door handle works and the inside mechanism works also.

What should I look into replacing?

98 civic dx hatch.

Does the key turn the lock? If not, spray some lock lubricant into the key hole to see whether it loosens up.

It unlock with the key and i have to lock it with the key, so in other words if i have a passenger they can't lock it on there way out i have to hand them the key to lock it from outside.
