Default obd2 auto trans in obd1 teg

Cliffnotes: Trying to use 2000 integra Autotragic trans in '94 integra.(yes they are different)

Alright so I have a problem.. I bought an Auto trans from a 2000 Integra to put in my '94 integra. I assumed the transmissions were the same, BUT, they have some differences. the obd1 trans uses a cable that goes from the throttle body to the trans that controls or tells the trans when to shift. The obd2 trans uses sensors, not a cable to do that. naturally my engine harness nor ecu has the plugs or capability to run this. i've been told it will work anyway but the trans just won't know when to shift, i.e shifting too late or too early. Theres also couple of other sensors that the 2000 trans that mine doesnt,.

Trans codes are as follows: 2000: SKWA 94:MP7A

Me and a couple honda buddies of mine have searched for hours and cannot come up with an answer.

Im at a stump here, i honestly have no idea what to do, after dozens of beers it still hasnt come to me, should i put it in and hope for the best? shift it myself like a ricer?

i just need a daily that gets good mpgs. My blazer is killing me. 15 mpg at 75+ miles a day to work.

ANY INPUT would be greatly appreciated. Seriously. Im about ready to sell this teg and focus on my white one..
