i see that there are 2 different versions of the GC sleeves and both support the koni yellows?

what are the difference between the two being that they are both applicable to the struts.

also with that which ones are you guys buying?

 

No, they don't. The numbers at the bottom are the legend, the actual fitment numbers are at the top-right. The first ones you listed (2145) are for stock shocks or similar, the second ones (2146) are for the Koni Yellow's. If you are getting the Koni's, get the 2146's (GC 4540.02).
