I would first like to give some details about the problem:
I have a 94 EJ1 with the stock D16z6 full stock everything but the muffler.
I have had it for 8 months now and I've noticed since day 1 the speedo is off.
here are the values they are off by sorted for speed.
These values were taken with a GPS app for my smartphone.
@25mph I am actually going 22 (GPS)
@35mph I am actually going 31
@50mph I am actually going 43
@60mph I am actually going 50
@70mph I am actually going 60

so it ranges from 3mph off upto 10mph off, I haven't gone any faster because I baby my car too much lol (and I don't drive the freeway to work anyways).

any ideas? I read somewhere that have an LX cluster swapped in an EX would cause this but as far as I can tell, it looks like an EX cluster.
the only thing that would worry me about it being the wrong cluster is the fact that my D4 indicator light doesn't activate when in D4, all of the other indicators illuminate fine when in the right gear. I don't know if its a problem but i figured it was just the bulb.
