Looking around I realized that most of the people doing the write ups and showing pictures were all for 1992-95 Honda Civic or for 1994-01 Acura Integra.
Here is the bulb configuration for the 1996-00 Honda Civics:
4 sized 24 NA bulbs and one 194 NA bulb I would post pictures but I haven't yet finished, I have other ideas yet so I left off at the bulb installation and nothing more. I haven't even decided whether or not I was going to paint them. There are a few varieties that I am going to try, there are some dark blue bulbs out and some silver faced bulbs, but these would only be ordered through magazine and more then likely not purchased at an AutoZone or Walmart.
AutoZone carries the 24 NA bulb and I went to Walmart for the 194 NA bulb (cheaper then AutoZone and it was too late to go back to AutoZone). The size 74 bulbs would only be used to change the turn signals and signals such as SRS, engine, fuel, etc. I didn't see the need or want to change those out so I only changed the five bulbs that illuminated the gauge cluster itself. Hope this is useful to someone.

Yay!! Finally. I've been doing the same thing for the last two days. My local Walmart carries both 24's and 194's. Post some pics after you do them.
BTW I can't find amber 24 NA bulbs by sylvania. Does sylvania make them?

I believe they do, but I went ahead and used what was available for me at AutoZone. I was basically just testing things out. I am nearly 99% positive sylvania makes a 24 NA bulb.
Go to the dealer to get the amber bulbs for the dash (AC controls). That is the only place you can get them.

I could be completely blind but you're stereo buttons actually light up? That is for the stock 96-98 radio (I assume cause I see you are selling a 96 cx motor)?

Also, I think he welded in new LEDs to the climate controls that's why all the buttons (like the one shown) light up amber. I wish I knew how to desolder and solder. Tony, If i shipped you a climate control, and payed for shipping back, how much would you do that for me? (My climate control is a little messed w/ lighting [maybe a bulb is kinda loose or soemthign])
ok the amber is cool and all, but is it possible to change it to blue? I dont really like indiglo guages, but want blue. (ya im rice) If you got blue bulbs, could you do it?

sorry to bring up a very old post but I found this Gauge that might make it a bit easyer then replaceing all your lights.

Obviously Orange still waiting on a reply for the other color on the gauge hard for me to tell but might be blue.

I actually have a those gauges sitting in a box. Im pretty sure its them. They were given to me by the ownder when I got the car.
If no one has the answer before tonight I'll plug em in and find out what colors they run.

im guessing you have a manual transmission cluster?
for automatics its different. if you replace those 5 bulbs you'll miss your temp/gas/autoindicator gague. it WILL remain white. i've taken the cluster out of my car at least 3 times and still can't find the damn bulb that lights that gague up

those look like my gauges...i didnt get them from RacerWheel, but they are damn similar. They light up blueish and reddish only on my setup. Not baby blue or orangish crap. very nice imo.

As promised:
The Gauges - Kinda Bleh

The Wiring - One of the better controllers I've seen, everything looks solid.

The colors - It only changes from blue to green. And even green looks like a softer blue. What is nice is that there is a dimmer **** to controll how bright it is.
