My 99 gst is for sale.

I have decided to sell my 99 barcelona red pearl Gst eclipse after much deliberation. The only reason Iam selling is due to me wanting something new and need gone fast. The car has been reliable and fun for me I just no longer have the desire to own it and want someone else to enjoy it as much as I have. I have all receipts for everything ever done/touched on the car. It won 1st place at MOD texas.
Its a 2 owner car me and the previous owner. There are no dents/ding/anything. All the Maint. is up to date (timing belt, Tensioner ect) The A/c works. No leaks, The mods are as follows and no corners were cut. FPT28 Turbo, Greddy FMIC, Greddy UICP, Greddy Bov, Stainless clutch line, K&N cone filter, Evo 560cc, Walbro 255lph w/rewire, Full 3'' exhaust, Wideband o2 Aem, Apexi Safc Neo, Ecuflash for the stock ecu. Compression tested was 155 across the board. Car has 145k miles.
The interior is in near mint condition. I would say 8/10. It consist of black leather seats, new OEM mitsu leather shift ****(weighted), and a Defi Boost gauge, still have factory infinty sound that is still great to this day. The exterior has Gsx wheels and the car rides at the stock height. The paint is like new except the front bumper that has the usual wear and tear. A drop would really make the car stand apart.
The car was tuned at PRT Performance in Lewisville. They can vouche for the work performed. It was tuned on Ecu flash and has a 2 step feature to help build boost from a dead stop. The car was conservative tuned for reliabilty and put down 250whp and 255 lb ft on a mustang dyno. The Transmission shifts smoothe and does not grind, make noise, or anything.
I do have all the old parts and will include new OEM window sills. Most Dsm'ers will know that these like to fade. I bought these to replace mine when they go bad. They are rare and i wanted to have a set since they are discontinued now.
