Default Honda Accord 91 Automatic jerks like a wild stallion

I have 91 Accord Automatic station wagon. Car has 145k, runs good, everything works. Now, When I am driving in a city with speeds below 30m car suddenly jerks forward like a wild stallion while in motion. Any suggestions or ideas.
Thanks

When i had my automatic transmission replaced they did something where i have to manually switch each gear for it to work right. and if i go from second gear to 3rd and dont switch 3rd in time the car will jeark badlly like you are saying so i would guess its a tranny problem i allso need new engine mounts

Call these guys, tell them your issue, and they will give you advice. They helped me so many times. They have a replacement one for your generation also.
